Destilla is honoured as a “Fair Company” 

Destilla GmbH has been awarded the “Fair Company” seal by Handelsblatt in collaboration with the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE) at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences in Germany. The award emphasises our commitment to fair working conditions and excellent development prospects for young professionals. 

The Fair Company Initiative is Germany’s largest and best-known employer initiative, which is committed to a fair working environment. Since 2004, the initiative has been bringing companies together with committed young talents and creating transparency and guidance for apprentices, interns, working students, trainees and career starters. The certification is based on extensive analyses and a specially developed questionnaire that evaluates aspects such as work organisation, corporate culture, diversity, equal opportunities and social responsibility.
