Award-winning: Destilla named one of Germany’s top training companies 2025

We are proud to announce that Destilla has been recognised by Handelsblatt with the prestigious “Best Trainers 2025” award. This distinction affirms our ongoing commitment to providing young talents with a high-quality, forward-looking apprenticeship programme and creating an environment that supports personal growth, team spirit and individual development.

The award is based on a comprehensive study conducted by the market research institute SWI Human Resources on behalf of Handelsblatt. Assessment criteria included the quality of training, the level of support provided, the organisation of day-to-day training, and the overall success of the programme. The study also considered factors such as a company’s visibility on social media, employee benefits and the way potential trainees are approached and engaged.
